Moncler Live Boutique is a remote shopping service that allows customers to explore and purchase Moncler products from anywhere. Through this offering, users can interact with sales representatives via live videocall, receive personalized advice, view product selections in real time, and complete purchases without visiting a physical store.

A full visual refresh of the existing Live Boutique and Distant Sales Digital Experience. The goal was to align the intefaces with the new e-commerce look and feel, and improve usability for both Clients and Sales Advisors, without disrupting the existing backend architecture or core functionalities.

The project involved revising components to enhance immersiveness, accessibility, and simplicity, while ensuring consistency with the new e-commer look and feel and keeping the original user experience and functionality. In parallel, the Figma file was reorganized to clearly reflect the user flow. Additionally, email templates and web pages were designed for key touchpoints in the journey: registration, checkout for distant sales, reminders, and the Live Boutique experience.

About the project

Live Bouique & Distant Sales Flow

This was a large-scale, multi-faceted project involving multiple touchpoints, including web interfaces, the Live Boutique videocall tool, and email communication flows.

Live Boutique flow composed by: 10 emails, 10 web page, 8 video call behaviour templates.
The Distante Sales Web Pages is made up of: 12 web pages, 6 emails.

Live Boutique Re-skin

The video call experience was redesigned to feel more immersive. The existing ratio limitation created an additional black bar when the chat was opened. Rather than treating it as a flaw, this constraint was leveraged to enhance immersiveness, minimizing color clashes and reducing unnecessary visual distractions.

As standalone product, the video call buttons were redesigned with a more minimal and streamlined style, while still leveraging the e-commerce icon set.

The in-video cart was reimagined with more space and a cleaner, minimal design, reducing visual clutter and removing distracting background interaction layers.

Chat

The chat interface was redesigned to be more intuitive and accessible, using left/right message alignment and distinct background colors to clearly differentiate sender and recipient.
